The Art of Espresso Blending

Creating a balanced espresso blend is a craft that requires precision, experience and a refined sense of taste. At La Bohème Café, we combine coffees from different regions to create a harmonious flavour profile with natural sweetness, full body and rich aroma.

We select and roast each component to bring out its unique character. Brazilian coffees can contribute chocolate and nutty notes, Central American coffees add fruity freshness, while Ethiopian coffees offer delicate floral and honey-like aromas. The result is an espresso in which every component has its place.
