Září v La Bohème Café: návraty, nová menu a setkání s kávovou komunitou

September at La Bohème Café: Familiar Favorites, New Menus, and Connections with the Coffee Community

Oct 12, 2026Yara Kwolek

September at La Bohème Café was all about familiar favorites returning, new flavors, and meeting people who share our passion for specialty coffee. From the festival atmosphere in Brno to seasonal updates at our cafés and the return of our beloved autumn blend, the beginning of fall gave us plenty of reasons to celebrate.

Connecting with the Coffee Community in Brno

One of the highlights of the month was the Roast Coffee Festival in Brno, where we had the opportunity to meet coffee lovers, industry professionals, and longtime customers. Events like these are always a reminder of how vibrant and inspiring the coffee community can be.

Throughout the festival, we shared our coffees and discussed new harvests, processing methods, and the latest developments in the world of specialty coffee. Above all, however, what we value most are the personal conversations and the chance to meet the people who shape the Czech coffee scene every day.

Celebrating Longstanding Partnerships

September was also an opportunity to celebrate the relationships that mean so much to us. We were delighted to be part of the birthday celebrations of our longtime partners, Steiner & Kovařík.

We see partnerships as much more than business collaborations. Above all, they are long-term relationships built on trust, shared values, and a mutual commitment to quality. Partners like these help Czech gastronomy and coffee culture continue to grow and evolve.

New Flavors at Sázavská

With the arrival of autumn, we also introduced a new menu at our café on Sázavská. Our seasonal offering reflects the changing time of year and brings together flavors that are an essential part of autumn.

Our goal is to create a menu that complements the character of our coffees while giving guests new culinary experiences to look forward to. The new menu is the result of our entire team's work, as we continually explore ways to bring together excellent coffee, high-quality ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The Return of an Autumn Favorite

Every season has its signature coffee. For us, autumn simply wouldn't be complete without our Late Harvest blend, which has returned to our selection once again this year.

Carefully selected coffees from Colombia, Guatemala, and El Salvador come together in a harmonious espresso blend with a full body and a pleasantly sweet character. Notes of cocoa, pecans, and sweet plums unfold in the cup, perfectly capturing the atmosphere of the autumn months ahead.

It's a coffee we look forward to every year just as much as our customers do. Its return marks the symbolic beginning of a new season for us.

Let Autumn Begin

Looking back on September, we see a month full of meaningful encounters, fresh beginnings, and the return of familiar favorites. From inspiring conversations at the festival in Brno to celebrating longstanding partnerships, introducing a new menu, and welcoming back Late Harvest, all these moments shared one common idea:

Coffee is more than part of our daily routine. It's part of the places, people, and stories we love to return to.
